Discovery Air Technical Services Inc.
(DATS) holds Transport Canada,
F.A.A. and EASA approvals for the
ATR 42/72, DASH-8 100/300, Boeing
737, CRJ 100/200, SAAB 340, Chal-
lenger 600 series, Learjet series and the
ERJ 135/145 aircraft. DATS’ mainte-
nance division based in Quebec City
provides a wide range of in-house
capabilities, including welding, avion-
ics, engineering, machining, heat treat-
ment, plating, composite, NDT and
sheet metal repairs. DATS’ engineer-
ing division based in Toronto provides
aircraft upgrade and modification de-
sign services, with experience working
